Your Admiral policy will cover trips to:
You must be travelling more than 25 miles away from home, where you have paid a fee to stay for two or more nights in a row in pre-booked holiday accommodation.
Although having cover when you travel isn't a legal obligation, it’s something to consider, especially if you wouldn’t be able to pay the medical bill if something happened. In Australia, getting you home with a broken leg can cost £12,000. See our Getting Ill Abroad map for more information on medical costs for common illnesses in holiday destinations.
If any part of your trip involves a cruise, you must add our Cruise cover upgrade. Without it your policy won't be valid. This means you would not be covered under any section of the policy including medical emergencies or trip cancellation.
We always recommend getting familiar with your policy book.
