WRU

As a company with our roots firmly in Wales, and our HQ so close to the home of Welsh rugby, it made great sense for us to partner with Welsh Rugby.

We're proud of our partnership with Welsh Rugby which began in 2010, starting as the shirt sponsor to the Wales national squad. Then in 2017 we changed our focus to sponsor the Wales pathway (under 18 and 20s) and sevens shirts. And now we’re showing our support to the grass roots game.

Why we partner with Welsh Rugby

For us, it is more than having the Admiral name on a jersey; the main reason is because of our colleagues. They tell us how delighted they are to see Admiral associated with their heroes.

The partnership means the WRU’s championship competition and each league throughout Wales, including the Women’s national leagues, will carry Admiral’s name in their title. So, teams from Narberth to Bala, and Pontyclun to Tregaron will all play in Admiral leagues.

We’re committed and excited to use this partnership as a way to give back and help not just the clubs involved, but also the players and the wider Welsh communities in which they’re based.
